At Flexovive, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order value is required. International shipping is also available to the United States and United Kingdom.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or peak holiday periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) For orders shipped outside of Australia, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@flexovive.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Flexovive is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@flexovive.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
